It was founded by the Mr. Taku Otto, who currently holds the position of CEO and President. TELNET has headquarters at Malingo Junction, Buea, Southwest Region Cameroon.

TELNET CM began as PAXNET CM in 2016 and has since evolved from just business to education and a nonprofit making organization. It has consistently provided training to young Cameroonians, both as academic and professional interns in diverse areas of ICT.

TELNET CM boasts of a huge customer base that includes all category of persons, from students, locals, small and medium size enterprises to organizations and the government. Its modern approach to customer care ensures that old clients are kept, while new bonds are created in a professional and economically friendly manner

Telnet CM has as objectives in providing low-cost IT solutions to small and medium size enterprises, homes and offices, installation of networks and surveillance cameras, smart security systems, sales of computers, accessories, training of youths, especially girls
